Please READ my shop policies before you place an order or request a custom item.
After making a purchase and the sale is finalized, as a customer, you have agreed to abide by the statements in the SHOP POLICIES (Please read before making a purchase). This means you agree that:
- we will collect due payment for the item you have purchased,
- we will process your order according to stated processing times
- if you expect your order to be expedited, you have contacted us before making a purchase and have paid us for the "rush order" fees
- we will not rush orders without a "rush order" fee paid
- we reserve to design our products according to our own standards and our materials of choice (unless it is a custom order and client provides materials). We will not be subjected to copying designs of other designers or stores
- we will not accept returns for custom items or any items clearly marked as no-return items (please see shop policies for list)
- if you ever have any questions, problems, or issues, you will contact us FIRST via email or ArtFire contact.
- you have read the shop policies before you made your purchase
Custom order items will be scheduled according to agreed times and according to when payment is received.If you have an order for a large item, for example a slipcover for a sofa, we will be counting production time beginning 24 hours after we receive payments or payment has been cleared.

~~~~EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING~~~~
- Our processing time is usually standard to the times posted. We use a line-up for our production, so the shipping date is based on:
1) date when your order is received,
2) when payment is cleared,
3) what the processing time is for your item.
We will accommodate any requests for expedited processing. Please note that there are fees we charge, plus shipping fees. Below is a summary of how some of the fees look like:
- Accent pillows, shams, and covers - 3 business days (add $25 per set)
- Bedding and bedskirts - 7 business days (add $35 each)
- Bench Cushion covers, Bench Cushions - 5 business days (add $35)
- Slipcovers - 7 business days (add $55+ please contact us for more information)

Your order may take longer if you have multiple items in your order. Please feel free to call or email us as soon as possible if you have a deadline to meet. If you have any questions, please fell free to contact us and we are always willing to accommodate reasonable special requests.
~~~~Refunds and Exchanges~~~~
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, you MUST send us a message within 48 hours. We will be very happy to replace the item or give you a refund after we receive the unwanted item. No refunds of shipping. The shipping amount will be requested from the customer for any returned or exchanged items. No refunds or exchanges for all custom items. You are entitled to a one-time adjustment to any slipcover we make for you. Open communication is always available and encouraged before any work is done. After we have agreed on the conditions, we produce your item accordingly. So feel free to ask as many questions as you like before any work is done for you.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for any items returned. In very exceptional cases, we will accept returns for a refund on custom orders. The restocking fee is 35% of the sale price of custom orders. ALL items have to be uncut, unwashed, not ripped, or miss any pieces for an exchange or refund.If you have any questions about returning your item, please call us at 646-294-3813 or email us at email@example.com and please add EXCHANGE or REFUND in your subject line.
~~~~NOTE ON BEDDING AND TULLE BEDSKIRTS~~~~
There will be NO RETURNS on any tulle bedskirts or bedding since these are all custom orders. We make each per order. Customers may contact us if, in a very rare case, there is extreme damage on arrival. We will give you a store credit or resend a similar item or fix the problem.
~~~~~ON TULLE BEDSKIRTS~~~~
Please keep in mind that the nature of the tulle materials is: it is a delicate fabric. Customers who purchase tulle bedskirts to use in children's rooms should take this factor into consideration. We constantly advise all our customers to use it with care, as is necessary for all bedding. Do not allow children to tug on the ribbon or the tulle; do not run vacuum cleaners on the tulle or the ribbon because as is with other materials made for bedding, the tulle will rip; etc.
It takes 3 - 4 weeks to repair tulle bedskirts. It may take a shorter processing time for some, provided we don't have to replace any major pieces ( torn tulle from base to ribbon, ribbon ripped off with tulle pieces, etc). We can only assess the damage when the bedskirt arrives and processing times begin only after we have received payment, or we have informed the sender about the assessment of the damage on the bedding.

You may also send us your tulle bedskirt that is damaged. Simply purchasing a "Repair" listing from our website and send your bedskirt to us with a tracking number. Please state the color of your bedskirt.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please make sure that your Paypal shipping information is current. We use Paypal to print our shipping labels. It is important, therefore, that the address you have in your Paypal account is current and correct, so that we can ship your items to the right location. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. So please, make the necessary corrections or send us an email as soon as possible to correct this.
If you would like your order shipped to an address other than what is in your PayPal (to a gift recipient, temporary address etc.) Please add this to "Notes to Seller".
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. : We ship all items USPS International, a service which does not provide a tracking number. If you would like to have a tracking number, we can upgrade your shipping by using UPS GLOBAL, which will provide you with a tracking number. Please add your phone number to the "Note to seller".
We will respond to all purchases within 48 hours.
All custom listings will be up for 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise. Please do not ask us to put up a custom listing if you cannot buy it or are not intending on buying it within 24 hours.
