However, ProPay should be an option by early November 2011. **~~**SHIPPING FEES**~~** First Class mail is always $2.50!!! No matter how many pieces you purchase in the same order. Now shipping to Canada! Priority Mail upgrade is 5.50...U.S. only. **~~**SHIPPING POLICY**~~** I ALWAYS ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. Most often, within 24 hours. Of course, this does not include holidays when the mail doesn't run. Your package will be shipped by the method shown on the listing page, unless you contact me before paying. I'd be more than happy to change the shipping to Priority and will adjust the invoice total accordingly. **~~**INSURANCE**~~** Should your total order come to a high amount (I'd love that!!), I will pay for insurance. I don't believe the customer should pay for this. **~~**RETURNS**~~** If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to me within seven days for a 100% refund on the purchase price only.
