I am currently using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this to pay for an item. They accept credit cards.

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping fees vary with the item and refer to US and Canadian destinations only. I am more than happy to work with buyers from other countries on an individual basis regarding shipping fees and customs regulations.

I use feathers and stones in some of my items Many cultures down through the ages and all over the world have used these things in their ceremonies and personal decoration. These are meant to be spiritual or decorative in nature as interpreted by the buyer. They are not American Indian.

For obvious reasons, Decorated Feathers can only be shipped with other decorated feathers. These will be sent in tubes.

I pack my items very carefully to ensure safe arrival. Packages are sent with delivery confirmation usually using Priority Mail or First Class Mail. I get a receipt of delivery and insure items over $100.
In keeping with conservation of resources,
shipping materials may be recycled.

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Earth Element items. Unfortunately, feathers aren't fond of traveling unless attached to a bird.

Jewelry returns or exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we will see what can be done to make things right. We want you to be a satisfied customer.

Please contact me for a price reduction if purchasing multiples of the Earth Element items or of anything else. Volume purchases always save you money.
