Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you need to use another form of payment, please message me prior to purchase to confirm that I am able to accept it. I can work with you, please ask me prior to placing your order. If you check with me first and I ok you sending a check for payment, payment is due with in 7 days of the date of sale. If I don't receive payment, I will have to cancel the sale



I do accept RME and Google Check out. Please message me if you prefer one of these forms of payment. I also accept credit cards if you don't have a PayPal account. Please message me if you'd like to pay for you purchase this way.



If you are a resident of WV, I must charge 7% sales tax to your purchase.



You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. Please message me and I will work with you.

<b>Shipping<b>

I ship first class whenever possible. If you'd like me to ship priority or include insurance, I'd be happy to comply. Please convo me for upgraded shipping prices.

I do not mind shipping international, please convo me for pricing and a reserved listing. That being said, I cannot be responsible for non-delivery. I do my best to comply with all customs regulations and haven't had a problem ( crossing fingers), so pleas make sure I have all pertinent information so I can get your purchase to you correctly and allow it time to reach you.

Refunds and Exchanges

You have 14 days to return your item for whatever reason. Please convo me to let me know your intentions. I will not be responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in the condition it was shipped out to get a full refund, minus initial shipping costs.



If your jewelry piece fails in workmanship in the first 90 days, I will be happy to fix it at no charge, minus shipping to me. I take pride in my workmanship and want you to love your piece as much as I enjoyed creating it.



If you need a resize after you receive your item, please let me know and I will resize it for no charge on labor, but you are responsible for shipping charges. I always add lengths in my descriptions, so please be sure of size needed prior to purchase.

I do have wholesales accounts. Please convo or email me if you are interested in wholesale pricing for a boutique or shop, I would love to work with you.



I am happy to accept custom orders. I enjoy creating unique pieces and would be happy to work with you. If you see a design you like in my store, but don't like the color, I'd be happy to change it for you. A lot of my pieces are OOAK and I will only list one. I do have a few signature pieces I make more than one of and will make that known in the listing. A lot of my polymer clay pieces are OOAK, please keep that in mind if you've requested a custom order. A 25% deposit will be required on custom orders and full payment is due before I ship the item out. If the order is made to your specifications and the sizing is wrong, I will resize it for you for free. You pay for shipping to me and I will pay for shipping back. I can not refund custom orders, but I will give store credit if the item is returned to me in the same condition is was sent to you.
