Greetings! Welcome to my Camelot's Trove shop on ArtFire. This is my special place for unique Medieval Inspired Designs. No matter where you decide to shop with me, every client of mine is treated with the utmost care and I want to assure you that you will always receive handcrafted jewelry made by me, especially for you. I have made all attempts to portray the colors & size of all my items up for sale as accurately as possible. However, colors will vary depending on your computer monitors and it is subject to individual opinion. ALL my pictures are taken to show you as much details as possible using the Macro setting on my camera, so please make sure to read the descriptions in full as items may seem larger because of the close-up views. This will help you determine the lengths and widths, and approximate sizes of each item. October 2010: An important note about the price of Silver. The price of Gold, Silver and Copper is increasing fast. Silver went up 32% in the last 4 months alone. Be aware that I may need to adjust my prices, without prior warning, to follow the rise of the prices of metals because my cost increases along with it. Thanks. Payment: 1) For Canadian residents who have access to online banking, I can accept Email Money Transfers/Online Banking Interac. Contact me for details prior to placing your order. 2) For everyone/worldwide: I accept credit cards processed via Paypal. ** NOTE ** - You don't have to sign-up for a Paypal account to pay using Paypal.com. Paypal simply acts as the credit card processor without the need for you to log-in or create an account. Please note that it is better for you to sign-up for a Paypal account so that you don't have to enter your information every time. Instant Transfers and Credit Cards via Paypal is preferred. If you want to pay by e-Check, the e-Check must clear before I can ship out your order (that normally takes 4 to 8 business days depending on the Paypal rules for your country). Once your e-Check has cleared, I will contact you to confirm the shipment of your order. ~~~ Reserves: I am happy to hold items for up to 15 days upon our agreement prior to purchase. All customers will be asked for a small non-refundable deposit. ~~~ Layaways: I ask for a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of purchase, then you have up to 8 weeks to pay the balance, upon our pre-agreement. ~~~ Custom Orders: I ask for a minimum of 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the order (after we have discussed the details of your custom request). The balance is payable once the item is ready to ship, or as otherwise agreed to beforehand. If you have any questions, simply contact me! It's always a pleasure to talk to my customers :) Shipping: All of my creations listed in the Camelot's Trove Studio are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the listing, or unless the item requires custom sizing/is made to order (such as rings). I make a couple of trips to the Post Office each week, so items will go out within 1-2 business days from receipt of cleared Paypal payment. The delivery/turnaround time for custom orders is on a case-by-case basis, depending on my availability and complexity of the project. Contact me for your custom design requests. Customer satisfaction is my goal and all questions will be addressed immediately. I guarantee everything that I sell so feel free to purchase with confidence. I automatically ship to the Paypal address, so please make sure that your Artfire and Paypal addresses match. Exceptions/shipping to another address is handled on a case-by-case basis, so contact me first about it and we can discuss your situation. Shipping restrictions: Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot ship to Austria, Italy, Mexico and Spain. Please also note that I reserve the right to refuse service to buyers with negative feedback. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges: I accept returns for a store credit* if you contact me within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact me should there be any questions as I want you to be happy with your purchase. Cash refunds will only be issued in the case of a defect (craftsmanship defect) or damage (damaged in transit). Contact me if you have any questions, and keep all packaging carefully for insurance claims purposes with the shipping carrier. All returns must be shipped back *with full insurance & tracking number*, in new, unworn/unused condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging. All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in the case where an item would have a craftsmanship defect. Custom orders & Wholesale orders are final sales. * The store credit is equivalent to the price that you paid for the jewelry itself. The credit amount does not include the original "shipping" amount that you paid on the original order.
