Welcome to my Artfire studio :-)
Every client of mine is treated with the utmost care and I want to assure you that you will always receive handcrafted designs made by me, especially for you.
I have made all attempts to portray the colors & size of all my items up for sale as accurately as possible. However, colors will vary depending on your computer monitors and it is subject to individual opinion.
ALL my pictures are taken to show you as much details as possible using the Macro setting on my camera, so please make sure to read the descriptions in full as items may seem larger because of the close-up views. This will help you determine the lengths and widths, and approximate sizes of each item.
Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal ONLY (no exceptions). Buyer must make the payment by Paypal immediately upon placing the order or, if you have contacted me to ask for expedited/faster shipping options, you must pay within 24 hours of receiving my revised invoice.
Instant Transfers and Credit Cards via Paypal is preferred. If you want to pay by e-Check, the e-Check must clear before I can ship out your order (that normally takes 4 to 8 business days depending on the Paypal rules for your country).
Once your e-Check has cleared, I will contact you to confirm the shipment of your order.
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse service to buyers with negative feedback.
Shipping:
Some of my creations are made to order, and unless I have indicated Ready To Ship in the listing, then kindly allow approximately 3 to 4 business days* (*unless otherwise indicated in my Shop Announcement) for me to make your order before your order can be shipped.
I make a couple of trips to the Post Office each week, so items that are ready to ship go out within 24 hours from receipt of cleared Paypal payment.
Customer satisfaction is my goal and all questions will be addressed immediately. I guarantee everything that I sell so feel free to purchase with confidence.
Note: Most of my small light affordable items ship by Airmail letterpost, except for items that are too thick to fit through the Canada Post 2cm slot, which then pushes the item into their higher priced service called Small Packet Air (USA/International), but the good side is that the Small Packet Service automatically includes insurance. For Canada, if something doesn't fit through the Canada Post slot, it gets bumped up to Parcel Post, and it also automatically includes insurance.
If you require Xpresspost, Expedited Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS, or other, please contact me to inquire for the shipping rates and options available for your location, so that I can give you the most efficient and cost effective way to get your purchase to you and meet your needs.
By default, I always ship to the Paypal address, so please make sure that your Artfire and Paypal addresses match. Exceptions/shipping to another address is handled on a case-by-case basis, so contact me first about it and well discuss your situation.
Shipping restrictions:
Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot ship to Austria, Italy, Mexico and Spain. Please also note that I reserve the right to refuse service to buyers with negative feedback.
Refunds, Returns/Exchanges:
I accept returns for a store credit* if you contact me within 30 days from the date of purchase. I have never had to exchange anything so far, but contact me should there be any questions as I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please Note: Cash refunds will only be issued in the case of a defective or damaged item, as in "fabrication defect". Contact me if you have any questions.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back *with insurance & tracking number*, in new, unworn/unused condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging. All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except in the case where an item would have a craftsmanship defect.
PDF Tutorials, Custom orders & Wholesale orders are final sales.
* The store credit is equivalent to the price that you paid for the jewelry itself. The credit amount does not include the original "shipping" amount that you paid on the original order, and does not include the shipping cost for you to return the item to me.
