I accept transactions through PayPal only. I can accept eChecks through Paypal, but please note that I don't ship until the payment has been completely processed and cleared. People who don't have a PayPal account can still buy from my shop, using a credit card through Paypal; however, PayPal will limit your purchases to a small dollar amount until you establish an account with them.
***All Oklahoma residents are subject to a state, county, or local tax. At this time tax is included (calculated into the price of the item) in all transactions with Oklahoma residents.***
For purchases that were not paid for, but were pulled from my shop in a partially-completed transaction, I will try to complete the purchase by contacting the buyer and sending an electronic invoice. After a reasonable time, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. I will not ship without completed payment.
I will use either UPS or USPS to ship your order. All items are carefully prepackaged and ready to ship. If you purchase multiple items that can be shipped together, I will combine shipping.
Please ensure that your shipping information matches your Paypal account or the address registered with your credit card! I compare the address on the invoice to the address given at the payment service (Paypal or Propay).

I ship after payment has been received. I add delivery confirmation to my orders to ensure that you got them, but I only add insurance to especially fragile or rare items. If you want shipping extras, such as rushed shipping, signature confirmation, or insurance, please contact me before ordering to arrange it. Postal insurance protects your wallet, even if it doesn't prevent your stuff from getting broken in the mail.
I mail as quickly as possible after checkout has been completed without issues--the same day, or the first available day (weekend and holiday post office closures may cause a delay in shipment).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you live outside the United States, expect long waiting periods--even though I will do my best to ship ASAP. Some countries' customs rules* require special paperwork, etc. which could cause delays, and sometimes the mail service is just, well, slow. You should know that any customs fees, tariffs, or duties that your country may require are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and will be IN ADDITION TO the cost of your item and the shipping amount. I will not mark a customs form with "gift" or undervalue it, because this is illegal. If you are concerned about these extra fees, contact me before you buy so I can try to look into your particular case for you.
*In some cases I may not be able to sell you my merchandise due to customs laws in your country; for instance, it is illegal to import silk scarves to Italy. If in doubt, contact me before purchasing so I can check this for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase and have tried to give you full disclosure about my items so there will be no surprises. However, I know that there are certain situations where a refund is in order.
Pre-Existing Damage Note:
I have made a good faith effort to note in all listings a detailed description of pre-existing damage, for instance on a vintage item. I am assuming that if you order a damaged or vintage item you are accepting the damage. Vintage items are rarely perfect and often show signs of wear, such as pin holes in scarves, or staining and scuffing on ceramics and wood. These kinds of vintage condition issues do not qualify a purchase for a refund or return, so read the descriptions carefully.
Broken Items--Misrepresented Items:
Merchandise that was grossly misrepresented in the listing (for instance, I said it was red when you received green), qualifies for a refund. Contact me within the first 3 days after you receive your package to claim the refund, described below. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION; contact me before proceeding to get my okay.
In the case of broken items, I strongly recommend getting postal insurance to protect your investment.
In any refund scenario, I do not refund shipping or pay for return shipping. In the case of returned items, I retain a $2 reshelving fee; the rest of the money will be refunded through PayPal ONLY after I receive the item in the condition I sold it in. For broken items, please send me a photo of the broken pieces, and I will refund the original item cost (minus shipping).

Additional Policies and FAQs
Your privacy is important to me, and I won't be sharing your information with others. Also note that your banking information is handled by PayPal or Propay, and I have no control over how these companies handle this information.
I welcome custom orders. Just contact me with full details. I am a hard worker and am committed to working overtime if necessary in order to fulfill my obligations to my customer.
If we have discussed a price or custom option on an item, I'll need the green light from you (a reply message) to know I need to make changes to a listing or mark it as "custom/reserved for (Your Username)." Otherwise I will think you have changed your mind or lost interest in the item in question.
On all custom orders, I don't ship until I have received full payment through PayPal or Propay and there have been no disputes with the transaction for at least 6 hours.
