I ship Monday thru Wed unless other arrangements have been made. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be made and at least 3-5 days shipping as the post office sometimes takes a little longer. Very large orders may take a longer to make but I will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, reusable gel packs will need to be included in your order to help preserve your chocolate when needed. Shipping will be in flat rate boxes because of the weight of the gel cells. I cannot accept returns since it is a food product or if it melts in the shipping. I package as carefully as possible and do recommend overnight shipping in the warmest months.
