Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after payment is received. US orders are shipped via Insured First Class USPS. Canadian and International orders are sent via USPS International with 3rd party insurance. I will only ship to destinations where I can purchase insurance. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you need to know what import or VAT taxes your country will charge you in advance of your purchase, please consult your Post Office or government tax office. Just know that all charges related to customs duties and clearance are the responsibility of the buyer If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the postage to return or exchange items. There are no exchanges or refunds on earrings or custom orders. Custom jewelry requests are welcome.
