Generally, I offer free shipping in USA. For other countries, the fees are the actual rate for international shipping via USPS plus $2.00. I accept returns for full refund if returned within 14 days. I generally ship items in the next business day, except for customized items. Custom items are generally shipped within 3 days of receiving payment and instructions. I hand make all my items, so if you want a large number of an item such as an invitation, it will take longer. The more intricate the design, the longer it will take for large numbers of copies.
