Payments and Shipping: I can accept PayPal, Amazon payments, check or money order. Layaway options also available. Listed items will ship 1-2 days of payment clearing. Custom items will ship within 1 week of payment clearing. If you need it faster, please contact me for shipping prices. Custom Options: If you would like a custom order(special thread color combinations, personalization, etc.) just let me know. I will email a photo of the finished product for approval before it is shipped. Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a listed item, a refund can be done. All custom items are non-refundable. Allergen Warnings: While I am extra careful about pet hair, for those with allergies, I do have dogs and cats. Please keep this in mind when you are considering a purchase.
