PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon purchase. Unpaid items will be held in my shop's sold section for 24 hours, and unless I hear from you regarding late payment, the item will be relisted, invalidating the sale. Please contact me if you are having trouble with the payment process, and I'll be glad to help.
I am set up to accept Paypal payments, but buyers can pay with major credit cards even if they aren't paypal users. Under some circumstances, for US paying customers, I will accept USPS Money Orders. Please contact me prior to sale if you have any payment questions.
SHIPPING:
My policy is to ship within 24 hours after payment. If you would like your purchase to go to another address, please contact me immediately upon checkout.
Postage for all jewelry items is FREE for US orders, (USPS First Class mail), and $3.00 for Canadian and International buyers. To keep costs down, I usually ship small jewelry items wrapped securely in bubble wrap and in a bubble envelope and send by USPS First Class mail. I'll happily upgrade to Priority mail at the buyer's request, and in this case, postage will be more.
I'm happy to ship internationally. Unless otherwise stated, my quotes for Canada and International destinations are for USPS Priority mail.
US mail quotes are based on west coast delivery, and International are based on Australia delivery. Any overcharges will be refunded upon completion of sale.
Please let me know, before you check out, if you prefer an alternative method, and I'll adjust the shipping charge.
If you'd like to purchase jewelry AND a handbag or clothing item, postage will be FREE for jewelry items.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
I use sterling silver, vermeil, gold filled, or carat gold for all earwire/hangers, metal spacers and beads, and all bead components are secured with wrapped wires in sterling silver or vermeil. For this reason, my jewelry items should last for a very long time.
I will replace any worn ear wires on jewelry as a result of every day wear, including the restringing of pearls, and will do so for the cost of shipping only.
All sales of vintage clothing and accessory items are final. I've done my very best to inspect and describe each item, (including vintage), to include a detailed description of any inherent blemishes. If you require more photos of a certain piece, I'll be happy to provide them, with no obligation to purchase the item.
If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately and before leaving negative feedback, and I'll do everything in my power to solve the problem. Your satusfaction is my top priority!
Original items must be received by me within 14 days of contact to qualify for an exchange or refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued when the item is received by me in its original, unused condition. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received.
Many people don't like to purchase hats that have been on a human head. For this reason, my hats have not been modeled on humans or worn prior to sale. Therefore, once a hat is sold, I cannot accept returns.
Lastly, because of the long eyelash yarns used in many of my winter crochet purses, (that would become entangled and worn away in zippers and closures), I haven't used magnetic snaps or zippers in their construction. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQ'S:
In order to best showcase my products, I've used computer enhancing tools to show as much detail as possible, while trying to retain color integrity. However, please note that there may be slight color differences between computer monitors.
