Shipping:
We ship UPS or USPS at our discretion.
You order will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.
Shipping is Mon-Fri only, orders received on the weekend will ship out within 24 hours of next business day.
We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states only, so we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or any military addresses APO/FPO etc...
We also do not ship internationally.

Kentucky residents must add 6% sales tax.
Payments Accepted:
We only accept USA registered Paypal accounts and US registered credit cards through Paypal only.
We only ship to the address on the Paypal payment.

Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed.
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order.
We must receive the item back within 7 days after contacting us.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price only after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds will not include any s/h charges and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
We will only accept the item back in the original, new, unused condition it was sent in.
We will issue an RMA # with return instructions and address to ship item back to.
Please be sure item is packed in the original packaging and packed well so it does not get damaged in shipping.
You will need to include your full name, address, email address & packing slip.
You will be also be required to ship the item back insured carrier with a tracking number.
Please be sure to write the RMA # on the outside of the package.
Any package returned without an RMA or tracking # will not be accepted.
You will receive a replacement, money back or a store credit at our discretion.
