First of all, I try very hard to ensure that the colors of the yarn show up as much as possible as they truly are. I photograph them all in natural light with a high quality camera, however, computer monitors will vary tremendously in resolution and in color reproduction.

If you are unhappy with the color of a yarn or batt or mohair locks, I will be happy to refund your money or exchange for something else, so long as it is returned in the same state you received it in. (For example, if you return yarn, it must be skeined as when you received it, if you return a batt or mohair locks, the weight must be exactly the same as when you received it). Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping.

Handspun yarn is NOT the same as yarn you would purchase in a store. It is going to have some variation and unevenness as a result of it being hand, not machine, spun. Handspun yarns are beautiful yarns that you will not find in a store.

If you are interested in large quantities of yarn spun to your specifications, I will first send you a sample to ensure we are thinking the same way before continuing on. Charges for custom work are dependent upon the fibers used and the techniques required for finishing the yarn to your specifications. For example, two-ply yarn will be less expensive than three or four-ply yarns.
