Shipping and handling expenses are NOT included in the sale price. These expenses are an estimate only, depending on the shipping options. Please pay for insurance as I am not responsible for items lost during transit. Special orders are to be paid in full in advance unless other arrangements are made. Items will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared.
