Payment

Payment is by money order or PayPal. Please make money order payable to Cathy Cooley and please mail it promptly.



Shipping

Your order will be shipped promptly after your money order or Pay Pal transaction has cleared. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation . If you would like Priority or Express Mail please let me know prior to your purchase and I will advise the additional charges.
If you would like your order to be insured please let me know prior to your purchase and I will advise the additional charges.


Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Refunds will be provided if the purchase is returned and received by me within 10 days of the delivery date in perfect condition. Postage will not be refunded.

Exchanges may not be available because my creations are unique. Please contact me at the email address above to discuss exchanges.
