I try to ship within two or three business days of purchases for items pictured, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may take a longer period of time depending on the order. Custom orders are to be paid for in advance. I always send you an email to let you know when I ship your item. I use standard first class mail to mail your items and they will be packaged in a gift bag with tissue paper for you. I will accept returns or exchanges, within 2 days, if you will contact me first and explain why. You will pay for shipping both ways. If you order the wrong size and the item has to be restrung, there will be a $6.00 restringing fee, for the new materials needed, and you will pay for shipping both ways.I prefer payment through PayPal, but, if you would like to send a check or money order, that would be fine too, but, your item will not ship until the payment clears the bank.
