Forms of Payment: We accept Paypal and Propay. All of my products are offered in oz by net weight. Next day shipping for most paid orders, excluding Sundays and Holidays. If you have ordered a custom item, or a special order item, it will ship in the time frame that was determined when ordered. The average time is currently 7 days. Special requests for soap have a 4-5 week waiting time for curing. All orders are shipped USPS first class mail, delivery confirmation is always included with USA customers. I do not include insurance, but can add it for an extra charge. I do receive a delivery confirmation and am happy to provide that information upon request. I can also ship using an overnight service at an extra charge, contact me for more information. Returns: Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the order date or it will be sent back to you. Within the 15 days you may request an exchange, credit in our store or refund. You must return the item in unworn new condition in the same packaging as it was sent to you. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded to you. Contact me before sending an item back to request an RA number (Return Authorization) items returned without an RA number will be rejected and sent back.
