Payment

Please Make sure your Paypal and your Etsy address matches. I use Paypal Labels and will use the address that is on Paypal.

Shipping

I send my smaller decals in envelopes of different sizes depending on the size of the decal.

The bigger items that are too big or to long to fit in the envelopes will be sent Via Priority mail to the united states only.

International orders:

I will send them Regular First class mail. If you would like it to be sent priority mail, Let me know so I can adjust the price for you.

Your item should be sent within 7 days.

Sometimes I have to ask you questions about your decal. Like font or color. So please be aware, by not including your details in the "message to seller" box, May delay shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Exchanges. Refunds on strict conditions:

As I do cut to order. Which means I cut it out only when your order and the item is paid for.

Please make sure you include exactly what you want your decal to Read. As I will be copying and pasting it exactly how you spell it into my program. I don't catch typos, because people spell their own way, in Unique ways.

If your item comes and you see that I made a mistake in spelling and it was clearly my fault, then you may choose, refund or a revised one. If you want a refund (if it was my mistake I will honor the refund) You must return the item back to me, and I will refund your item.
Bulk Sales Available.

What is bulk sales? And what makes it different from Wholesale?

Bulk is different when you want some of the same design. You don't need 100, but maybe 10-or more. Then it is being discounted.
Why buy in bulk???
*Sell them for fundraisers (proven to make a huge profit!)
-I can do school logos if you provide the file.
*Put Vinyl decals on painted wooden blocks and sell them at your craft fair for quick fast sellers.
