Shipments:
Shipping is done Monday-Friday. Current turnaround time for made-to-order pieces are 1-3 business days.

Payments:
Payments can be made via Paypal and should be received within 48 hours of purchase. Payments by check or money order are also accepted. Please have payments mailed out within 2 business days of purchase and I will hold on to your order. Personal checks must clear before I can ship your order. Processing Time:
Most of my items are made to order. Made to order usually require 2-3 business days before shipment.

Expect 7-14 business days for custom orders. Please provide me with the best email address to contact you with, communication is important during the design process.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please email me if you are not happy with your purchase and I will gladly work with you to find a solution. Contact me on Artfire or email me at jenni.otoole[!at]gmail.com upon receipt so I can resolve matters quickly.
