I will exchange any item you receive that you feel does not meet your expectations. I prefer not to do refunds (an artist's life don't ya know!) but will consider it on a case by case basis. If you feel you need more information or more pictures of an item before you order please feel free to ask! Overseas shipping: I wish I could afford free overseas shipping but unfortunately, I cannot. However, if you purchase over $50 or several items, I will cheerfully refund a portion of your shipping costs! Thanks for understanding! USA/Canada Shipping: Most small items ship for free.
