Payment via Paypal and major credit cards are accepted here. Credit card transactions are processed via Paypal as well, but you DO NOT need to have a paypal account. To pay with credit card, just click on the Paypal payment option during checkout and simply follow the instructions. If you did not complete your payment at checkout, you will receive a Paypal invoice in your e-mail where you can follow the link and make your payment.
If you are a Singapore buyer, you can choose to pay in SGD via interbank transfer through OCBC/POSB bank deposits. Just indicate that this is your preferred payment mode under "Message to Seller" when you checkout. You will then receive an e-mail after checkout with payment instructions and bank details.
Kindly make full payment within 3 days of purchase. Otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled and item relisted. If you need more time, please do let me know so that we can work something out.
Most items are packed in a reusable ziplock bag, carefully packed in clean recycled bubble wrap, a gift box and mailed in a bubble envelope.
For purchases in a single receipt:
Local rates: 1st item US$1.80 (S$2.50), each additional item US$0.20 (S$0.30)
International rates: 1st item US$2.50, each additional item US$0.50
After payment, your order ships within three business days. If your Paypal address is different from the one provided during checkout, there may be a slight delay while the correct address is being verified.
Packages are shipped via SingPost registered mail which requires a signature upon delivery. Please contact us separately if express courier delivery (EMS) is required.
Please note that all duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Chainofbeads shall not be held liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Approximate schedule (post office estimate), denoting the time from which your package leaves us to when it reaches your address:
Singapore - 2 business days
Asia Pacific - 4 to 6 business days
UK - 4 to 8 business days
Europe - 5 to 12 business days
USA, Middle East - 6 to 12 business days
Upon shipment of your order, we update your order status via email with the article registration number. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, you can track it by selecting your country here:

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 4 weeks, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Rest assured that all pieces have been lovingly and carefully handforged by Izel Ang. However, if there is something about your item you are not satisfied with, please contact us via convo or e-mail me at : email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will review your case and gladly issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) if necessary. Item will have to be returned at your own cost in a new and unused condition as in the original state that was sent before the refund can be issued. Kindly do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be processed. We are also not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Refunds are not applicable to sale or custom made items.
