I hope you enjoy browsing my collection of quality, affordable jewelry. My items are one of a kind, and all are in limited quantity. I hope you find the perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or that perfect gift. I'm adding new items all the time, so be sure to check back often.


Payment
I accept payment through PayPal only. If you would like to pay with your bank account or a credit card not linked to Paypal, you can use their site without setting up an account with them. Please convo me if you need help with that.
All prices and quotes are in USD.

Payment is due at checkout. Unpaid items will be relisted.


Shipping
I ship regular post, world wide. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment and generally take between one and three weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Please allow more time for completion and shipping of custom orders. Of course, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed - international packages especially may be subject to delays.

Expedited shipping can be arranged if needed, please contact me for a quote before purchasing.

The buyer will be responsible for any customs fees/duties incurred.


Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you do wish to return your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item. The merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition in order for me to accept it as a return. A full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, will be issued through PayPal upon safe return of the item.

Please note that custom orders are considered final sales, and will not be returnable/refundable. Deposits for custom designs are also non-refundable.


Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are always welcome! I would be happy and honored to create a custom order with you--I want you to love your new jewelry. I would love to create bridal jewelry that is just perfect for your big day, and jewelry for your bridesmaids to love as well. Turnaround time is presently three to four weeks. Payment is required before work can begin.
Regarding reserved items: an item may be placed on reserve for a period of three days. If the item is not purchased within three days, it will be taken off reserved status and made avaliable for sale to the public.

At this time, I am not accepting wholesale or consignment offers.
