Due to the nature of the products we sell , we can not accept returns.

Please make sure we have a good email address so we can contact you. If you will pay using Paypal please use the Paypal email address.

We can not always guarantee the accuracy of the shipping to your exact ZIP as Artfires shipping is static and does not give us the option to offer shipping to a specific ZIP code based on ewight. It usually works ok , but we will email you after we review the order if there are additional shipping costs. In some cases shipping may be LESS! We will refund the difference owed.

We do not re-ship items for free if you provide us with the wrong address. Please make sure your address is up to date when placing an order.

We do not re-ship items if it is sent back to us by the carrier due to circumstances beyond our control (ie you moved, or went out of town, etc and made no arrangements when delivery was attempted )

We do ship internationally.

We typically ship either USPS or UPS. If you have a preference please let us know. Otherwise we will decide.
