Payment:
I only accept Paypal at this time. If you are unable to pay with Paypal, please contact me and we can discuss other payment arrangements. These arrangements must be made IN ADVANCE of placing your order, otherwise your purchase may be cancelled.

Remember that any situation can be resolved if we discuss it. If you need special attention or special accommodation, I can usually work things out to your satisfaction.

Shipping:
I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your order will be shipped on the next shipping day after I receive it.

I love bubble wrap and use it for packaging so you should not have any issues with damage.

Insurance is optional, but I recommend it. I cannot be held responsible for items after they are shipped. If you want to insure your package, please contact me before making the purchase and I will adjust the price to include the cost of insuring the package.

I ship all items through the United States Postal Service. Please allow ample time for delivery before contacting me about lost items.

I will ship anywhere. Some places just cost more than others.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I have been trying to determine my "official" policy concerning refunds and exchanges. And my "official" policy is that I don't have a set policy.

Every situation is different and requires a different action. I believe that as long as you communicate with me, and I communicate with you, that we can resolve any issue that comes up.

My main concern is that you are satisfied with your purchase and the customer service that you receive from me.
