Your jewelry will ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. All shipments include delivery confirmation.

USPS first class and priority shipping are available, If you would like to upgrade your shipping to express, or Fed-Ex or UPS, please feel free to contact me before paying. Upgrades will cost more.

For international orders, we use Priority Flat rate envelopes to ship to other countries.

For custome orders: At Chrystal Canyon Creations, we understand that each person is unique and create each item to the customer's specifications. Please contact me and give me an idea of what you would like. Please include, specific gems, a color scheme, neck wrist, and/or ankle sizes.

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover the cost of supplies. Custom orders will take anywhere from one week to one month, depending upon the intricacy of the work and the availability of supplies.
