All handmade items returned due to workmanship defects, there is no restocking fee. Returns on handmade items due to any other reason will be subject to a $2.00 restocking fee. This fee will be taken from monies returned to you by the seller. Postage fees are non refundable. Custom orders: When ordering special orders,if adding extras or larger sizes prices will be given and approved before work is started. A down payment will be required when ordering. Shipping will be after item is finished and the completion of payment is made. If payments are with check or money orders, shipping will be after they have cleared. This happens usually in 3-4 business days. Shipments will be sent 5-7 business days from the receipt of payment. Priority and Express mail request will be shipped the next business day upon request unless it is a custom order. Personal checks and money orders are US only.When purchasing with this method,unless arrangements are made through emails, after 10 days if payment has not been received the item will return to stock and order cancelled.
