Please make payment within 3 days of the sale.

All cross-stitches are sent, usually within 24 hours, via e-mail, in jpg and pdf forms. If you need me to snail mail it to you, I can for an additional cost of $5.95 to cover paper, ink, and postage with a tracking number.

I ship my ceramics within the U.S. using Priority Shipping. International packages are shipped First Class International Shipping.

My bracelets are shipped within the U.S. using First Class Shipping and outside the U.S. using First Class International Shipping.

All of my items are well packaged. It's a rarity for an item to break in transit, but if it does, please contact me right away with a photograph of the damaged item. I will gladly send you a new one.
