Payment Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I currently accept PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal even if you don't have an account. Simply click on the PayPal icon at the checkout, choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts. If paying via Echeck, Paypal states that it usually takes around 3 days for the check to clear, but I've had it take as much as 7 days. I will wait until the check clears before sending the merchandise. *If I don't receive payment from the buyer within 3 days, the product will be relisted. Circles of Stone is a PayPal verified business. *Attention Texas Residents: Since my business is located in the state of Texas I do have to collect sales tax by law for Texas residents only. Artfire's cart will calculate the tax. Shipping I ship USPS First Class, either Domestic or International. All US domestic mail will include Delivery Confirmation. I will ship within two business days of payment being made unless it is over a holiday. All jewelry purchases are packaged carefully and placed in a protective bubble mailer. International Customers: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you need to know what import or VAT taxes your country will charge you in advance of your purchase, please consult your Post Office or government tax office. Return Policy: Please contact us before returning the item. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be purchase price, less shipping charges. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. You must include all packaging materials. You must pay for any return shipping expense. Please include reason for return. - If an item arrives in unsatisfactory condition or proves to be defective after normal use, and it appears from our examination that it was not due to negligence on the part of the wearer, the item may be returned and the price refunded.
