Normally your purchased item will be shipped the next business day. I ship by US postal service, unless you ask for a different method, and then you pay whatever extra for that. If you are not happy with an item you purchase, please contact me and we can work out something. If you return an item, you must pay the return shipping. Once I receive the item, I will refund your money.
