Shipping for Continental United States: We promise to ship your items out within 2-3 business days following notification that payment has been received. If you would like any additional services, such as insurance, air mail, etc, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Shipping on International locations including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: Please contact CleverLee Crafted Creations via email @ CleverLeeCC@yahoo.com for shipping charges, including customs fees and any insurance charges before you purchase.
Custom Orders: We are happy to take any custom orders on our products. Please email us and let us know the changes or color choices and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we can process your request. Please understand that any changes will require a small delay in shipping so let us know if that will be a problem.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges are accepted as a store credit, minus the shipping charges.
