SHIPPING:

Items in the US will ship via FedEx for packages over 1 cubic foot, or USPS for packages under 1 cubic foot. If you would like rush shipping, please let us know so that we can get you a shipping quote.

Items will be insured for the full amount. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us before unpacking the box so that arrangements to claim insurance can be made.

WARRANTY

All items come with a 90-day warranty covering workmanship and materials. If something should need repairs during this time, it will be repaired or replaced for free.
Please note that the warranty will be void if:

- any alterations are made to the item
- the item has been abused or used improperly
- the item is soiled/has an odor
- the customer has not cooperated with efforts to claim shipping insurance on an item that arrived damaged

RETURNS

If there is a sensible reason, items can be returned within 30 days for credit toward another shop item or a custom item.
Items must be returned in the best possible condition or a credit will not be issued.
