For express international shipping requests, You will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges, which are US $10.00 for Canada and Mexico, and an additional US $13.00 for other countries. These fees apply only to orders that will fit in a 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" box, which is about 3 to 4 items.

We do not provide insurance and will not be responsible for lost packages. We will put delivery confirmation on US packages only. For an extra fee we can add insurance to your package, please inform us before or immediately after purchasing.

INTERNATIONAL orders can take up to 30 DAYS, or more, for delivery. Customs inspections and delays can also add extra time. Please also note that there are no tracking numbers and your package cannot be tracked with First Class Mail - It could get lost or misdirected, it could be held up it customs for an undetermined amount of time. We have absolutely no control over the package once it is shipped from the USA and we cannot guarantee when it will be delivered to you.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We make every effort to represent our items to the best of our abilities. The descriptions of materials used and dimensions are accurate. Photos are taken of the original piece. Since most of the pieces are recreated and hand painted there will be minor differences in the design and colors. We offer refunds and exchanges for items with defects. If you receive something that you believe is unreasonably different than what was featured in our shop, please contact us and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please understand that most of the items are created and made to order especially for you at the time of purchase. This way our customers are guaranteed a fresh and newly created piece every time.
