All items will be shipped regular postal mail with a tracking number unless otherwise requested. Returns and exchanges are negotiable within 30 days of receipt. I will do simple repairs for free and other adjustments at cost if possible; contact me for further information. Any and all returns must be shipped with a copy of the the original purchase or shipment receipt unless otherwise arranged directly with me by phone or email. The buyer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping returns, exhanges, or repairs back to me. However, I shall cover the shipment back to the buyer or recipient. Shipping charges are subject to change and any custom work may require additional fees. All prices are negotiable. Allergy Notice: all items are made and stored in my home, where my cat, Bogart, is lazy enough not to play with my yarn anymore, but takes great pride in shedding hairs that occasionally get woven into my work. Blankets and scarves are all hand washed and placed in sealed storage upon completion.
