Coolstraps' Policies
Payment - I accept Paypal, Amazon, and all major credit cards and will ship your strap within 3 business days of payment. If you experience any difficulty with the payment process, please let me know and I will assist you or send an invoice to you, whichever you prefer.
Shipping - All items shipped domestically within the US are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation. Items shipped internationally are shipped International First Class.
Returns and Refunds - I expect you to be thrilled with your guitar strap. If you aren't, I will gladly offer you a full refund at any time during the first 60 days after the delivery confirmation date. All you need to do is let me know you aren't happy with your guitar strap and return it to me. As soon as I receive it, I will issue your refund.
If your purchase is lost in the mail (not delivered after 30 days for domestic shipments and 8 weeks for international shipments), I will gladly issue a full refund. I do hope, however, that if it turns up safe and sound, you will let me know. The strap will be yours even if a refund has been issued.
Custom Design Orders - I would be glad to work with you to design a custom image for your strap.
