Shipping: We ship promptly, usually within three days (often same day!) unless it is a special Order. We use Fed-Ex or USPS priority mail for shipping. If your purchase multiple items and shipping is grossly over what we pay, we will send a refund to you ASAP for the overage. On the items we do not quote "everywhere else", just contact us and we'll get back to you ASAP with a shipping fee. Refunds and Exchanges: We always want positive feedback.
