I will do everything I can to make sure you're a satisfied and hopefully a repeat customer. My only method of payment is Paypal, so upon receipt of a returned item, I will send you a check, via USPS within 7 days. I'd be happy to exchange an item if there are sizing issues or other problems, and as with returns, I will ship the new item out only after the receipt of the initial purchased product.

Custom Graphic design work is limited to 3 original designs and up to 3 sets of changes. Payment is due in advance before the work starts. Extra charges will be incurred with excessive changes or rush projects.
