All our items are handmade at time of order, so please allow up to 7 days to complete your order before shipping as all orders are completed in which they are received from Artfire, .com web shoppe, wholesale customers, and retail sales; however If you need sooner, please let me know and I will try my best to work with your time frame when possible. When you receive your creations you will not be disappointed, but glad you waited for the quality of the item you are receiving. Please note that Wholesale orders still fall into the normal expected ship times as stated in the wholesale policies. I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding that all items are made to order by hand and are not mass produced or made by pouring wax into candle molds. These are all hand created and sculputured paying great attention to detail. Thank you :) SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Reminder that these items are Handcrafted at time of order due to the amount of scents available, and due to the fact that each item is custom made to your request. These items are not mass produced, so completing an order does take time. All orders are made and shipped in the order they are received. If there is a rush for the order, please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you in as little time as possible. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping when it is most cost effective, otherwise items will be shipped via regular parcel post. If your order does not all fit into a flat rate priority box, I will contact you to see if you would like it shipped in several flat rate boxes, or UPS ground mail. Any amount of shipping charges that are over paid are ALWAYS refunded immediatley back to your method of payment. If your shipping charges are under estimated by $2.00 or less, Country Crafts and Candies pays that amount. Because of the fragile nature of the items in my shop, it is highly recommended that you request to have your purchase shipped with insurance. Once items leave my shop, it is not my responsibility for damaged caused by USPS or UPS. If you have paid for shipping insurance, and incure any form of damage to your package, please take pictures of the packaging as it arrives, as it's opened, and any damage to the items so that an appropriate insurance claim can be made. Without pictures, you will not be able to file an insurance claim. All wholesale and bulk orders are automatically shipped with shipping insurance via UPS Ground, so no additional shipping insurance is required. I can not STRESS enough that that the items in my shop are delicate in nature, and I can not be held responsible for items damaged during shipment if you do not purchase shipping insurance. Shipping insurance costs $2.00 and is very much worth it to have items completely replaced should they get damaged during shipping. I package all items extremely well with bubble wrap, popcorn, the works, but can not control how the postal system tosses around a box. If you do not purchase postal insurance, I will try my best to help solve a situation, but can not completely re-make an order free of charge, cost out of my pocket, as shipping insurance is suggested in all listings, shop announcement, shipping policies, and even your invoiced receipt. Packages that are returned due to being unclaimed is not the responsibility of Country Crafts and Candies. If this should happen, you are responsible for paying to re-ship the item as refunds will not be given. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES All orders are final once they are placed. If any item is damaged during shipment, please contact me immediatley to make sure you have all the information needed in order for you to file the correct claim with the shipping insurance and postal provider. Items are packaged extremely well and damage is an extremely rare occurance. Again, I am not responsible for items once they leave my hands, and are in the hands of the postal service and/or UPS, so please make sure if you have any damaged items that you take pictures and file your claim immediately. WHOLESALE INFORMATION WHOLESALE INFORMATION: Wholesale prices are available to retail business's only. In order to receive wholesale pricing information, you must provide me with your full name, business name, business address, phone number, email address, any web site addresses, and your tax id number. Once this information has been received and verified, a wholesale pricing list with wholesale terms will be emailed to you along with a wholesale agreement form that must be signed and returned prior to first order being shipped. Because all items are handmade at time of purchase, Please allow up to 3-4 weeks average with wholesale orders before shipping. PRODUCT GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION All my candles and wax melts come with a safety label Please follow the guidelines carefully. BASIC GUIDELINES Keep candles away from children,pets and draughts. Every time you light your candle be sure to let the wax melt all the way across the container. Failure to do this will result in the candle tunneling downwards leaving wax on the sides of the container. It takes on average 1 hour of burning time for each inch of the diameter of the candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep your wick trimmed according to the candle instruction label or to 0.5cm if no length specified. Always stand your candle on a heatproof plate, never let it stand on a bare surface. BURNING PILLAR AND SPECIALTY CANDLES Never light a pillar candle with the intention of only burning for a short while. Candles have memories strangely enough and while only melt as far as the last melt pool. Light your wick and leave the candle to burn. As it nears the outer edges, gently push the soft wax towards the center slightly all the way round. This is what is called "hugging" in the candle trade. It will contain the wax and help your candle burn all the way to the bottom. Follow this handy tip and get the best from you wax pillar. If at anytime you have any questions on burning candles to ensure the longest and clean burn time possible, please do not hesitate to contact me. WAX MELTS Use only in well ventilated low heat oil burners without a lid. Do not add water. Never heat on a stove or electric appliance where temperature would exceed 190 degrees F. Melt enough product to have 1/2 inch of wax in pot. Use only in melters designed for wax tarts. DISCLAIMER Take care when burning candles and other wax products.
