Shipping - My products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depends on weight). - You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. - I normally get your order out the day after I receive it. For larger orders please allow an extra day or two. International Orders I do not ship internationally. Payment - I accept Pay Pal only and you do not need a Pay Pal account to purchase using your credit card or debit card. - If you have a Pay Pal account you can also use an e-check to pay for your purchase. Your order will ship when I am notified the e-check cleared. Insurance Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Under no circumstances is Cozy Moments held responsible for any product received damaged or not received. Although insurance is optional, I strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package! Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer, should your package be lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Just send me an email: info@cozymoments.com to let me know if you would like to add insurance to your order and I will be happy to send you an invoice via Pay Pal for $1.75 (USPS cost for insurance). Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for insurance. Lost or stolen packages By placing an order, you agree that Cozy Moments cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. This is why I recommend that you purchase insurance because it gives you the added protection to seek recourse with the carrier should this happen. Damaged Package I cannot be held responsible for products once they leave my hands. I am not liable for damage incurred due to negligent handling of the carrier. I strongly suggest you purchase insurance to minimize your loss should your package be damaged while in transit. Refunds and Exchanges Due to the personal nature of skin care products I do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or refund. All sales are final. Cozy Melts Cozy Moments is NOT responsible for damage or injury due to lack of care and attention when using my Cozy Melts. Cozy Melts Caution Use only in well ventilated low heat potpourri burner without lid. Do not add water. Never heat on stove or electric appliance where temperature would exceed 190 degrees F. Melt enough product to have 1/2 inch of product in pot. Use only in melters designed for tarts.Failure to follow these directions could result in unexpected fire hazard or personal injury.
