Jpeg photo files will be emailed to the address on the invoice within 48 hours. Because they are jpeg files and the photos are available to view, I can not accept returns of them unless I make an error. ................................................... Jewelry that is already made are shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment. I will send a notification on the day the item is actually shipped. I will quote time frames on custom orders. My goal is for you to love your new treasure. However, if you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it for full refund (does not include shipping charges unless the return is a result of damage en route or my error). This covers all items except finished jewelry and custom orders. Exchanges are accepted for finished jewelry not including custom orders. Returns/exchanges for custom items may be accepted at my discretion on a case by case basis. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all the additional shipping and handling charges occur from returns and exchanges. You will be refunded once the item arrives safely and is inspected.
