Craftemall's Policies
>>How can I pay for my order?
By PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or postal order.
>PayPal/credit card:
I accept payments through PayPal, so you can pay me securely with any major credit card. You can pay with a credit card using PayPal facilities even if you don't have an account with them.
>Bank transfer/postal order:
You can also pay by bank transfer or postal order, but please note that I can ship the item only after I receive the money in my bank account.
>>Problems with payment?
If there is a problem with your payment or if you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact me and we will resolve the issue together.
>>Taxes/duties:
I ship my items internationally, you are responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties when the package enters your country.
>>Unpaid orders:
Please note that any orders that will be left unpaid for more than three days will be deleted. If you would like me to hold a certain item for you, please contact me before making an order.
>>When will my order be shipped?
I will send you the items you purchased on the next working day after receiving payment.
>>How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped by Standard Post. You can upgrade to Registered Post with tracking and insurance for $5 (please see shop section: "shipping options").
>>How will my order be packed?
Each item will be packed separately and plenty of bubble wrap will be used to prevent damage. I reuse the bubble wrap and plastic bags I get from my suppliers, if possible, to minimize the impact on the environment.
>>Can I return an item and get a refund?
If you are unhappy with the item or items you received, please contact me first within 24 hours from receiving the package and we will arrange a return and refund. You will need to put the items back in the original packaging to make sure they don't get damaged and send them back to me.I will refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping or any additional costs (like tax or duty).
>>What if some of the items were damaged in transit or the package is missing?
Contact me and we will arrange a refund or replacement of the damaged/missing item.
