Payments: I currently accept/prefer PayPal and Amazon payments. (Credit Cards - see next paragraph.) However, I do understand that not everyone uses PayPal. In that case I would be willing to accept a United States Post Office Money Order. Please be aware that when paying with a money order shipping will be delayed until the money order arrives. I am able to accept credit cards in my Etsy shop (http://www.etsy.com/shop/CraftyDayDreams) though their direct check out. If you prefer to pay by credit card without having to go though Paypal and the item is not listed on Etsy please let me know and I will make a custom listing for you. Payment for items ordered is due with in 3 days of placing the order unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not received with in 3 day the order will be canceled. Shipping: I ship within 3 business/mailing days of receiving payment for items. I also do my best to ship so that nothing is damaged during shipping, clear bagged items, sandwiched card between card board, bubble envelopes. If you need faster shipping than standard US mail please let me and I will get you a price on shipping. I will ship to other countries not listed on the shipping info. Please contact me and I will get the shipping rate information for you. Returns: All items in my shop are one of a kind. If you are not happy with an item please let me know as soon as you get it. I will do my best to try to resolve any issues.
