I offer shipping to the US and Canada- for shipping to other countries please email me before purchasing the product and I can adjust the listing to add shipping to your country. Products will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received, often the same day if I get the order early enough. An order received on Friday may not ship until Monday, but otherwise most orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. If payment is not received and I get no response to my emails within 24 hours, I will cancel the order and re-list the product. If there is ANY problem, please don't hesitate to contact me. I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience at CreativeCritters! I am quite willing to work with my customers and create special order pieces. If you see something you like, but would prefer a different color, size, style, etc., please contact me and I will do all I can to create just what you're looking for. The time needed to complete special orders will vary, depending on the product and complexity. Also note that I often recycle and reuse boxes in order to keep shipping costs down.
