You can return the product for lengthening or shortening for a flat rate of $5.00 (that includes the shipping).

Quality is very important. If product breaks under normal circumstances, it can be returned for repare or exchanged for a similar item. If it breaks under unusual circumstances (example:if your toddler plays jumprope with your necklace and it breaks), you can return the peices and I will only charge material replacement, and shipping.
