CrossStitchCards' Policies

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM: Make ten qualifying purchases from my CrossStitchCards Artfire and Etsy Stores, and you will be entitled to choose one card from my inventory at no charge. One point is added for each item you purchase. You will be notified when you reach the point of being able to receive your free card. I keep accurate records of purchases, and can notify you of your progress at any time. Just contact me for further information. The free card will usually be shipped along with the qualifying purchases, unless arrangements have been made to the contrary (either to be shipped separately, for which extra payment for postage may be required, or to be included with your next order). The free card will be one of your choice, but if I do not hear from you before shipping your order, I reserve the right to include a card of my choosing. This points program is ongoing, and points will not expire or get deleted. Please contact me at CrossStitchCards@me.com if you require any further information. PAYMENT: I accept Paypal only at present for online transactions. This is the quickest and safest way for us to enjoy a transaction with each other. I can take cash payments in person. SHIPPING AND MAILING: I can get to the Post Office most days and can usually get your items posted same or next day after cleared payment is received, certainly within 2 business days. I will always email you to let you know when your item is on its way. Artfire will notify you when I mark your item as shipped. I will obtain Delivery Confirmation on all eligible packages. Thinner packages may not qualify for Delivery Confirmation. I normally use USPS First Class mail, but sometimes Priority depending on the item. Details will be given in each listing. I will ship worldwide. Details are given within each listing, although you are welcome to contact me for confirmation of any shipping prices. RETURNS POLICY: I do not normally accept returns unless the item is not as described. I do not accept returns for custom orders, after all, your item has been created to your specifications and I may not be able to resell it to someone else. If you feel dissatisfied with any item I have sent you, please contact me straight away so that we can resolve the situation together - communication is the key! I welcome contact from anyone with questions about my items. I am happy to discuss any problems with items that I have sold and will do my best to resolve issues quickly. I can be contacted through Artfire's messaging service or at CrossStitchCards@me.com, and will respond as quickly as possible, even just to acknowledge the initial receipt of your query, before we work on a resolution together. OTHER: I enjoy what I do. I would like you to enjoy my work too, but I cannot spend all day stitching (although my husband thinks I do!). I will try to give an accurate timescale for custom orders, but as you know, cross stitching takes time - please be patient and try to give me adequate notice for a custom piece. I do not rush my work, and will not offer a substandard piece for sale!
