I accept Paypal and Checkout by Amazon - which are the safest, easiest and most secure ways to pay, because you never share your card details with me.
(And don't worry, if you don't have a Paypal account you can still make a credit card payment without opening an account.)
I ship internationally - using Royal Air Mail, and I always obtain a proof of posting. I recommend adding insurance - or the "International Signed-For" shipping option, which safeguards your order, and gives you a tracking number.
My aim is to ship your order within 24-48 hours of payment received. Public holidays - and adverse weather conditions! - will affect this, but I will always email you when I ship your order, and if there are any delays.
Please remember that for International shipping, any customs charges or duties that apply are payable by the buyer. It's always a good idea to find out if such fees, duties etc are payable in your country for orders from abroad.
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If by any chance it arrives broken or damaged in some way, the simplest thing to do is for you to email me a photo of the damage, rather than trying to describe it! I will always refund in full for any item that is damaged or broken in transit, but please do let me know at once if this is the case.
Because my items are handcrafted, I cannot usually offer a replacement - but if you see a similar item at the same price, (ceramic coasters, for instance), I am happy to replace your broken item with that, if you'd prefer this to a refund.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method, which is the simplest option for both of us.
If when you receive your order, you are disappointed - perhaps it isn't what you thought it would look like, or you simply find you don't like it ‚EUR" email me, and we can work something out. I love making my jewellery and ceramics, and I truly want you to be happy with them!
