I hope you have as much joy wearing your purchase as I will have in creating it for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me first and I will work with you to try to resolve any issues. If it cannot be resolved, I will refund your full purchase price, not including shipping fees, upon return of the item. You MUST contact me within 5 (five) days of receipt of your purchase. At that time, I will provide the address where the package should be returned for all non-resolved issues. Once I have received your order in its original new condition, your refund will be issued.
Upon receipt of the item, your money will be refunded, minus shipping fees. I cannot be responsible for used, lost, stolen, or damaged items sent uninsured through the mail. Custom orders are non-refundable.
The item must be returned insured and in its original new condition. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. Please be sure that the returns are packaged securely in a box or bubble envelope.
I cannot accept COD's; products returned after 14 days unless specific arrangements have been made between you and I; products not in their original new condition or packaging; damaged products (unless you received it this way from the Post Office); or products that are missing beads or components.
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and the quality of each piece of jewelry I make. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftsmanship I will repair your item at no cost or offer you store credit.
