SHIPPING/DELIVERY: You should receive your order within 2-3 weeks (sometimes 4-6 weeks for international orders)... I am located in CANADA. There is no tracking for standard mail. If you need a tracking number or faster shipping, please contact me for upgrade options. RETURNS: Unfortunately, I can no longer accept returns, so please ask questions before you buy! If you receive a defective item, I will replace it - please send a photo with your claim, and I will process it right away. ORDER NOT RECEIVED: If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact me. I will usually re-ship. Exceptions: I cannot be responsible for orders not received to the following locations - Central and south America, anywhere in Africa, Italy, Spain, Greece, nor anywhere in the Arab world.
