Items are shipped out with 48 hours of cleared payment unless they are a custom order or made to order. Custom orders take up to two weeks before shipping. Payment is required with 3 days of purchase unless you work out an agreement with me before hand. I do not accept returns but will gladly work out a solution with you if there are any problems.
