Shipping: I ship via USPS to the US.International shipping is expensive but I am willing to send it where ever you are if you are willing to pay the shipping. Please email me before you buy if you need delivery outside the US. If you want Priority mail or overnight service, please contact me before you buy so we can set up the details. Returns and exchanges: It is my hope that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please let me know within 10 days of purchase. With prior notice by email, I will refund your money, less shipping charges, upon receipt of the returned item. After 10 days, I will assume you are happy with your item. Custom items are not returnable.A note on color. Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will be happy to give you more information. Please note - in case you have animal allergies, I do have dogs, I work in my home. I cook, burn incense and candles. I work in a separate room and where the dogs are not allowed. However, it is probably impossible to not have a dog hair here and there. I make every effort I can to see that your item arrives clean and as you would like it to be. All materials, packaging, etc. are kept in secure containers until used. All items are cleaned and dried in the clean country air and packaged for storage in sealed bags. All items receive a final inspection and cleaning if necessary before packaging for shipment.
